  • Booking of meeting rooms, event spaces, and other facilities is subject to availability.

  • All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Your use of the services constitutes acceptance of our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription & Premium Services

  • Subscription plans (if applicable) will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription days.

5. Visitor Management

When you use the app for registering or approving visitors:

  • You confirm that the data provided (like name, contact info, ID) is accurate.

  • The data may be shared with the host company to facilitate secure entry.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology used in Spatium Hub is owned by or licensed to Spatium Offices Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or modify any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide a reliable and secure service, but we are not liable for:

  • Any booking failures, delays, or app outages.

  • Any indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of the app.

  • Errors by third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, facility hosts).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if:

  • You breach these terms.

  • We detect suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or app notifications. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
